The cat went up north to get this wine! Vinho verde would be translated as green wine, but it's not green of course, it just comes from a very green region in the north of Portugal. This vinho verde is as light as a feather, the perfect summer combination between the aromas of four of the most famous grape varieties of the region. The result is a young, fresh, fruity wine, with a slight acidity. Ideal as an aperitif or to pair with any type of fish, seafood and salads. It boasts a very light spark, unlike most vinho verdes, which makes it lively and crispy but not too uncommon for our palates!
